Wexford Developments announced that Pretty Decent Concepts, the high-end restaurant group behind Phoenix's Wren & Wolf, Trophy Room and Carry On, will build its fourth cocktail and creative restaurant concept in the former space belonging to PF Chang’s at Centerpoint on Mill Avenue in Tempe.
