Joe Rainey brings avant-garde pow wow music to TCA. His sound is a rare fusion of traditional - pow wow - an Indigenous culture of music and dance - with techno/synths, industrial sounds, and abstract beats, Rainey, A member of the Red Lake Nation of Ojibwe people, will be accompanied by a talented local Indigenous video/animation artist, collaborating to craft a mesmerizing backdrop for the performance.
